Terms of Service.

By deploying requests, interfacing with our API perimeters, or interacting with the digital environment maintained by AKAD TECHNOLOGIES LLC, you are programmatically and legally bound by this Master Architecture Agreement.

1. Infrastructure Interaction Protocols

The AKAD TECHNOLOGIES LLC environment represents a high-availability, proprietary operating architecture. Intentional destabilization, unauthorized scraping, payload injection, or brute-force enumeration strictly constitutes a breach of this protocol and violates the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA). Our automated heuristic gateways are authorized to permanently null-route any traffic exhibiting hostile digital signatures.

2. Agency Execution and Output Assets

Any bespoke software engineering, mobile architecture development, or infrastructure deployment executed by our Elite Services division is bound by a rigorous, secondary Master Services Agreement (MSA). Until absolute execution of the MSA and final capital transfer, AKAD TECHNOLOGIES LLC retains total, exclusive ownership of all compiled assets, intellectual property, and base-code structures.

3. Limitation of Corporate Liability

Our code translates millions through zero-downtime environments, but our legal barrier is absolute. To the complete extent permitted under law, AKAD TECHNOLOGIES LLCexplicitly disclaims liability for any indirect, unique, or subsequent damages, or explicit losses of revenue derived from the usage of our free-tier digital assets. The infrastructure is offered "AS IS" without expressed macro-warranties.

Jurisdiction and Binding Arbitration

These terms are exclusively governed, enforced, and interpreted by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any arbitration or corporate dispute shall mandate jurisdiction within Wyoming localized courts.
